By using BizFlowAI™ services, website, or AI chat widgets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
BizFlowAI™ provides AI chatbots, website development, Google Business Profile setup, voice agents, and automation tools for small businesses. Specific deliverables are defined per project agreement.
Build plan: $297 one-time. Managed Service: $97/month. Payment is due upon project completion (Build) or monthly (Managed). We accept bank transfer, Zelle, or cash. A 50% deposit option is available for Build plans — the remaining balance is due before the project goes live.
Websites and chatbots are delivered within 7 days of receiving all required client assets (photos, business info, branding). Clients agree to provide requested content within 3 business days.
One round of revisions is included with each Build plan. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour. Clients may request reasonable adjustments within project scope.
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables. BizFlowAI™ retains a non-exclusive license to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
Managed Service can be cancelled anytime — no contracts, no questions. For Build plans, no refunds after design work has commenced. If cancelled before work begins, any deposit is fully refundable. Disputes shall be resolved in Pierce County, Washington.
Our AI chat widgets are trained on information you provide about your business. While we configure the bot to answer accurately based on your data, BizFlowAI™ is not liable for incorrect information provided by the client or for actions taken by customers based on chatbot responses. The bot includes a "Talk to a human" escape hatch on every screen.
We do not share, sell, or distribute client data. Information collected is used solely for project delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
By accepting these terms digitally (via checkbox or electronic signature), you agree this constitutes a binding electronic signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
