BidCalc is built for contractors who work in the field — often in places with spotty signal or no internet at all. That's why every calculation you make, every project you save, and every PDF you export stays right on your phone. We don't upload it. We don't store it on our servers. We don't look at it, period.
Nothing by default.
The app runs entirely offline. All your material estimates, labor costs, markups, and customer info live locally on your device. We have no servers handling your data.
If you contact us for support, you may choose to send an email to [email protected]. That's the only time we see anything from you — and only what you choose to share.
You own your data completely. Want to wipe everything? Uninstall the app — it's gone. Want to keep it? Your phone's backup system (Google, Samsung, etc.) handles that, not us.
Purchasing Pro or Business upgrades is handled by Google Play. We don't process or store payment info. See Google Play's privacy terms for how they handle transactions.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page and notify you in-app. We don't anticipate that — privacy is built into how this app works.
