BizFlowAI™ — Foundation Website Terms of Service

Effective Date:

1. SCOPE OF WORK
BizFlowAI™ agrees to deliver the Foundation Website package for $750. This includes: the services listed above.

2. TIMELINE
Website to be delivered within 5 business days of receiving all required client assets (photos, business info, branding preferences). Client agrees to provide requested content within 3 business days.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live. BizFlowAI™ accepts bank transfer, Zelle, or cash. A 50% deposit option is available — the remaining balance is due before the site launches.

4. REVISIONS
One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions billed at $75/hour. Clients may request reasonable adjustments within scope.

5. OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables. BizFlowAI™ retains a non-exclusive license to display the work in its portfolio unless the client opts out.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
No refunds after design work has commenced. If the client cancels before work begins, any deposit is fully refundable. Disputes shall be resolved in Pierce County, Washington.

7. E-SIGN CONSENT
By accepting these terms digitally, the client agrees this constitutes a binding electronic signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act. Check the box below to confirm your agreement.

8. PRIVACY
BizFlowAI™ will not share, sell, or distribute client data. Information collected is used solely for project delivery and communication.
